This Intellectual Property and Copyright Policy defines ownership rights, licensing terms, and enforcement procedures for BeeSeek content.
1. BEESEEK INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
BeeSeek Technologies owns all rights, title, and interest in the BeeSeek Client and BeeSeek Agent mobile applications, the backend systems, APIs, and the BeeSeek name and logo.
2. USER GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
2.1. OWNERSHIP
You retain ownership of the original content you create and upload, including profile photos, portfolio images (up to 3 per Bee), and chat messages.
2.2. LICENSE GRANT
By uploading content, you grant BeeSeek a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, and display your content to other users.
3. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
If you believe content on BeeSeek infringes your copyright, submit a takedown notice to support@beeseek.site with the subject line "Copyright Infringement Notice".
4. AGENT BADGE USAGE
Verified Agents have a limited, revocable license to use the "BeeSeek Verified Agent" badge on their promotional materials. This license is revoked upon account suspension.
